• If you are arriving at Sofia Airport you can easily reach the hotel using the Sofia Metro. Sofia Airport station is located next to Terminal 2. Make a switch at Serdika station to Line 2 for one more stop to National Palace of Culture (NDK) station. The hotel is located behind the National Palace of Culture
• Travel Time from Sofia Airport – approx. 40 minutes
• If you are arriving at the Central Railway station or the Central Bus Station you can get on the Sofia Metro from Central Railway station for 2 stops to National Palace of Culture (NDK) station
• Travel Travel time from Central Bus/Railway station – Approx. 10-15 minutes

• If somebody asking if you need a taxi in the arriving hall, we recommend to skip him and find a taxi outside

PARKING

Parking inside the hotel garages:
• Available on -3 and -2 parking level
• For checked in guests – 20 EUR per day, payment at the reception
• Two parking spots with a charger in the hotel

Parking outside the hotel:

• Green and blue zone with limited time for parking per day in front of the hotel (boulevard “Vitosha”)
• The green zone – up to 4 hours for 1 BGN per hour
• The blue zone – up to 2 hours per day for BGN 2 per hour
• For electric cars the green and blue zones in Sofia are free of charge

CAPACITY

• Maximum capacity of the conference 200 participants for each day registered via the registration form

CONFERENCE FEE

• Peering Days 2023 conference is FREE of charge for 2 visitors from host members or companies that are affiliated/connected to one of the hosts. Other visitors, or more than two guests from the same company, incur a conference FEE of 500 EUR
• Representatives of IXPs, regardless of their affiliation to either of the hosts, are requested to pay the conference fee of 500 EUR
• As in previous years, we will continue to invite other Euro-IX IXP members, these IXPs can send up to two participant for a registration fee of 500 EUR per representative (invited speakers or panelists do not pay a registration fee to attend)

• The organizers approve all registrations and have the right to refuse or
  cancel a registration without giving reasons

ACCOMMODATION

• The organizers kindly ask all attendees to stay in the conference hotel, where a promotional price valid until 25th February 2023 has been arranged for conference attendees
• Exclusive Room 150 EUR/night + tourist tax 0,67 EUR/person/night – NO LONGER AVAILABLE
• Premium Room 170 EUR/night + tourist tax 0,67 EUR/person/night – NO LONGER AVAILABLE
• Double occupancy supplement – 30 EUR/person/night
• A tourist tax will be charged additionally upon guest check-out
• Room rates include grand buffet breakfast inclusive, services, VAT and WIFI access for all guest room
